Order Processing & Confirmation

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

• Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we reserve the right to verify and confirm the order with you prior to shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

• Estimated Delivery: Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days within Egypt.

• Please note that shipping times may occasionally vary depending on the courier's schedule or unforeseen external circumstances.

• Delivery Coordination: Customers will be contacted by the courier prior to delivery to confirm availability.

Unclaimed Orders

• Failure to receive orders upon delivery without a valid reason may result in the customer being blacklisted from placing future COD orders.
